I came upon Jackie Leven quite late in 1999. I was talking to a guy about The Only Ones and he suggested that if I liked Peter Perrett then I would love Jackie. He wasn't wrong. Another sadly underrated songwriter who left us too soon.

    I liked this better than the other Doll by Doll albums I'd heard, Love Perrett and the Only ones but don't get the similarities here though.

      I don't either, but it was just a sugestion about 2 great song writers, and I love both.
