[1975] The Rocky Horror Picture Show - 2025 BLR Special Edition
The Rocky Horror Picture Show film was released fifty years ago this week and is my all time favourite movie. So of course I've had to do something special. I've ripped the film and split it and added a bunch of Bonus Tracks to fill out two CD's. I must have listened to the several different album releases 20 times this week as well as watching the film for the gazillionth time. This compilation is far from complete as there are other Alternative, Demo and Remix versions of the songs. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI saw Rocky again recently on the big screen, and it was as wonderful as ever. Took two "virgins" with me (my daughter and my niece), and they enjoyed it thoroughly. There was a "shadow cast" performing live alongside the film and shouting the jokes (some I knew and some I hadn't heard). But I really couldn't take my eyes off Tim Curry: he owns every scene that he appears in.
ReplyDeleteThere's a 4K restoration of the film that's supposed to be released to theaters some time this year to commemorate the 50th anniversary.
