It was bound to happen, and that fountain of musical knowledge Sir Rick reminded me that David had done a track on a Johnny Thunders Tribute album. So amidst a moment or three of slapping my head and some very colourful cursing I've remedied the previous post. I've removed the track Plenty Of Music from the Personality Crisis - One Night Only DVD (Which I had only used as a filler anyway.) and replaced it with Some Hearts from the I Only Wrote This Song For You (A Tribute To Johnny Thunders) CD. If I mess things up, and I do it all the time, please let me know so I can remedy it.

Far more comprehensive compilation of Soundtrack, Tribute appearances and Rarities than the In My Own Time collection I posted when David Jo passed. I managed to find a copy of his Car 54, Where Are You? movie and I edited out his tracks. Sadly there's no official Soundtrack, so those songs are as they are. I also added a couple of favourite tracks from the One Night Only DVD to fill it out. I've mastered it so it flows the best I can make it. I think this is a must for any David Jo and New York Dolls fan, but I am biased.

With the brilliant new record, and as I'm working on a few Michael Monroe bits and bobs at the moment I thought I'd put together a wee collection of favourites covering Michael's solo career. Quite the hard choice of course, but for today I've settled on these. Tomorrow would probably be a completely different selection. I love the song Heaven Is A Free State, and it doesn't seem to get the appreciation it should, so of course I had to put it as track one, and use it for the Compilation title.

I got an email asking about the artwork I do and if I use AI. No I don't. Everything is made by me. Sure it's simple, amateurish and a bit naff, but it's all done painstakingly by me through a couple of free programs. No Photoshop etc, and definitely no AI other than rarely colourising a Black and White photo which I don't have the ability to do. One cover can take several hours until I'm happy with it. Hopefully you enjoy the end results. Image I've been working on for an upcoming compilation below.
