[1994] Tim Scott McConnell - Deceivers & Believers
Tim Scott's third album. This time under his full name. It's also another change in musical direction. Slowly progressing into the fully Blues inspired Ledfoot.

[1987] Tim Scott - The High Lonesome Sound
Vinyl rip of Tim Scott of The Havalinas second sadly forgotten solo album.
[2021] Christiane F. - Addicted
Most people will probably remember the book and movie Christiane F. from the early 1980's, if you're an old bugger like me. It's still a difficult watch & read today. Her story has been remade recently into a German series on Amazon. I guess little remembered is the two Synthpop EP's she put out in 1982. This compiles those two EP's some new remixes and her cover of Bowie's The Man Who Sold The World from the 2018 All Things Bowie Tribute Album. David Bowie did the soundtrack to the original film, and also made a live appearance.
[1983] Tim Scott - Swear (12'' EP)(Vinyl Rip)
This is Tims, from The Havalinas SynthPop album from 1983. Thought I'd post it as an extra for today as it's impossible to find a digital copy of this anywhere. Swear for me is actually the weakest song on the EP. All the other tracks are SynthPop loveliness.
[1990] The Havalinas - The Havalinas (2021 Remastered)
From another low quality CD-r rip. I've tweaked it so it so it rumbles nicely out of the speakers.
[2003] The Havalinas - Go North (Live) (2021 Remastered)
Hard to find and overpriced Japanese Live CD. I only had it on CD-r and the quality was rubbish so I've tweaked it so now it really pops. I'll post their only album tomorrow.
[2021] Ramones - Carbona Hallucinations (Demos & Live 1974 - 1975)
Compilation of early Demos and Remastered Live Tracks. This is a compilation of early tracks that I've always wanted. Nobody else has done it as far as I know, so I had to do it myself. So here's 33 tracks of raw Ramones!!!
[2021] Ramones - Carbona Hallucinations (Demos & Live 1974 - 1975)
[2011] Shonen Knife - Osaka Ramones (Tribute To The Ramones)
I love the Ramones and I love Shonen Knife, and for me this is true brilliance. Includes all 3 covers.
[2011] Shonen Knife - Osaka Ramones (Tribute To The Ramones)
[2021] Ramones - Do You Remember When?
29 Demos to keep any Ramones fan happy, and they can all be ripped to just one CD! I'll be posting more Ramones Demos shortly.
[2010] The Deadbeat Poets - Circus Town
Listened to every Dead Poets record today + the new Lana Del Rey which is feckin' brilliant by the way. So I thought I'd post Circus Town with the phenomenal track Elvin Dabney Professional Thief. This is Frank Secich's band, he's well known for all the stuff he did with Stiv Bators and I can't recommend this enough.
[2021] Joan Jett & The Blackhearts - Chevy Park Stage @ New York State Fair ~ Syracuse, NY (6 Sept. 2021)
Thanks to the original taper & Marco for this fantastic show. Joan and the band are on fire as usual.
[2021] Joan Jett & The Blackhearts - New York State Fair
[2021] Manic Street Preachers - Recreation For The Masses (Remastered Radio Sessions 1993 - 2021)
From Slash 'N' Burn to The Secret He Had Missed....
[2021] Manic Street Preachers - Mute Solitude (Remastered Radio Sessions 2004 - 2014)
Remastered compilation of Radio Sessions etc I've put together. Recommended for any Manics fan.
[2021] Manic Street Preachers - Mute Solitude
[2021] Michelle Branch - 20th Anniversary Spirit Room Concert
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of Spirit Room, Michelle did a live stream of the album acoustically, and did a Q+A afterwards with a couple of bonus songs from Hotel Paper. I've edited out all the pauses and instument changes to make it flow, and added the bonus songs on from the Q+A. I've also added as a seperate file the complete Q+A.
[2021] Michelle Branch - 20th Anniversary Spirit Room Concert
[2021] Hailee Steinfeld - Let Me Go
A good song is a good song, no matter who it's by, and I love a good bit of pop music. I'm not a fan of artists that do a pile of vocal runs etc, or rely heavily on autotune to prove how good a singer they are, but sing rubbish songs. And there's a mire of rubbish to wade through before you find a good song in my opinion. For example there is not one song by Britney Spears, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry or even Ed Sheerhan that I like, but I totally understand why these artists are so popular. My favourite "Pop" artist by a mile is Selena Gomez, that'll probaly get a laugh and a smirk or two, but it is what it is. And so on to Hailee Steinfeld... this a compilation of all her releases. Worth a download even if it's for the one song Back to Life (80s Remix) from the Bumblebee Soundtrack.
[1992] The Gits - Frenching The Bully (2003 Reissue)
...as promised.
New single from Lusitanian Ghosts. Album due 19th November. My most anticipated record of the year. Pre-save the album on Bandcamp.
First release in over a decade from the brilliant Sweet Justice. New EP due 9th November. Read about it here, and pre-save to your favourite streamming platform.
[2006] The Newlydeads - Dreams From A Dirt Nap
I never quite understood all the hate that Taime got for The Newlydeads... it's a glorious noise!
[2021] Neil Leyton - Adopt-a-Terrorist
MS Stubnitz ~ Hamburg, Germany - Hyperventilating Tour - Spring 2007
Great covers of Bullet Proof Poet by the Dogs D'Amour & The Mercy Seat by Nick Cave.
[2010] Berlin Brats - Believe It Or Rot (1973-1976)
[2021] The Ex-Idols - Requiem For The Masses
Had The Ex-Idols recommended a couple of days ago by Frank, and they've been on rotation since. So I thought I'd pop a compilation together of everything I can find. This contains the Social Kill album, the B-side And I Was You from the Pill Popper EP and the unreleased album Who We Are. No filler tracks on it, it's all killer. Enjoy!
[2021] Mazzy Star - Black Session Lullabies
Remastered French Radio Session from Mazzy Star. This has been floating around for years, but all my copies were awful and the Tracklisting was wrong, so I've tweaked it a little.
[2021] Mazzy Star - Black Session Lullabies
Eddie Spaghetti & Frank Meyer - Motherfuckin' Rock 'n' Roll
What do you get when the frontmen of the Supersuckers and the Streetwalkin' Cheetahs get together? You get Motherfuckin' Rock 'N' Roll. Now streaming on Soundcloud.
[2021] Birdland - Hollow Hearted Getaway (Remastered)
Tweaked compilation of all the EP's and Singles plus the Official Live Bootleg. Birdland always reminds me of a cross between Joy Division and the Stone Roses, I'm probably way off the mark, but either way it's some glorious noise!
[2003] The Exploding Hearts - Guitar Romantic
A sadly overlooked piece of jangly punk'n'roll power pop.
[2009] The Love Drags - Slow Dance With A Fast Girl (CD Single)
Unreleased CD Single from Rick. Simply brilliant cover of Cranford Nixs' Mexico... again I highly recommend this. Let me know what you think, and don't forget if you have a band and want my to feature it just get in touch through the contact form.
[2009] The Love Drags - Slow Dance With A Fast Girl (CD Single)
[2004] The Beautiful Losers (of Gainesville) - Liquor Store Saints
Rick got in touch and sent through a couple of his bands for me to listen to, and I love both. If you like a lovely bit of Sleazy Punky Dirty Rock 'N Roll then you'll love these two records as much as I do. The track Oxycontin is now on my regular playlist, but there is no filler on either of these albums, and I can't recommend them enough. No original cover, so this is one I made...
[2004] The Beautiful Losers (of Gainesville) - Liquor Store Saints
[2021] The Malakas - Bang It Up With The Malakas
Compilation I've put together of both The Malakas albums and a few bonus tracks. I'll be posting some Cranford Nix solo stuff soon. Thought I had a couple of quality Live shows but I can't find them at present. Can't recommend this enough!
[2021] The Malakas - Bang It Up With The Malakas
Playlist #45 (When All Traces Of The Sky Disappeared)
This months Playlist features Gudrun Gut, Electric Six, ... And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, Kailee Morgue and lots of other lovely noise.
