[2009] Union Of Knives - The Anti-Fire (Ltd Ed. 200 Copies)

[2009] Union Of Knives - The Anti-Fire (Ltd Ed. 200 Copies)

The lost album from Chris Gordon from Baby Chaos (see previous posts.). Another album buried through a record company not knowing what the feck they're doing. This is more Electronic and Industrial than Baby Chaos. If you like the ODDKO compilation I posted back in 2023 you will love this. This was produced by Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails fame and all those Soundtracks with Trent Reznor, such as Shogun, Queer and Watchmen. Not anything I ever thought I'd post if I'm on honest, but my good buddy G asked for a copy so it went on the "To Post..." pile. Well worth a listen.

[1989] The Imperial Dogs - Unchained Maladies 1974-1975

[1989] The Imperial Dogs - Unchained Maladies 1974-1975

This was a band I'd never heard of, but it was a personal request so I put the word out. The ever generous Steve came through with a low quality single track. I did my mastering thing and turned these rough live tracks into something listenable. Included are also a couple of alternative unreleased versions thanks to Steve once again.  If you're a fan of The Stooges and MC5 I highly recommend this. It was a surprise and a nice one. Many thanks to both Steve and Frank. I only wish they had put out a genuine studio album and I hope I did this Bootleg vinyl only release justice. Highly recommended!

[2001] Babes In Toyland - Intermenstral (3CD)

[2001] Babes In Toyland - Intermenstral (3CD)

Three CD collection from Riot Grrl/Punk Rock noise merchants Babes In Toyland. They were released as stand alone albums Devil, Lived and Viled before being collected into this now pricey compilation. It's a collection of B-Sides, Demos, Rarities and Live Tracks. If it hadn't been put together by Kat and Lori back in 2000 it's something I would do. Simply a glorious noise!!!

[2025] Hole - Bittersweet (BLR)

[2025] Hole - Bittersweet (BLR)

Hole live at the Big Day Out, Sydney, Australia 23 January 1999. Courtney's in fine form on this and it's the notorious boobs out show. Probably the best quality Hole Bootleg out there as it's from a TV Broadcast. There are quite a few FM Radio and TV Shows floating about for Hole collectors, but this is my favourite. Anyway I've made it my own as I like to do. I've called it Bittersweet because of the Hoodoo Gurus cover. A great show and well worth a listen.

[2025] Courtney Love - Nobody's Daughter (2008 Demo Version)(BLR)

This has been around forever, but it only comes with the terrible incomplete low quality blue cover so I've made my own. A must for any Hole and Courtney fan.

[2025] Vains Of Jenna - Hard To Be Vain (BLR)

[2025] Vains Of Jenna - Hard To Be Vain (BLR)

Swedish Sleaze... the Lizzy Devine years. Creative differences once again killed an awesome band.  Vains Of Jenna got in Jesse Forte for a couple of years, but it just turned into a mediocre covers band. Lizzy has gone on to The Cruel Intentions, but releases are few and far between. They are pretty good Rock 'N' Roll records though. This collection compiles everything I have from the Lizzy years. Swedish Sleaze at it's finest! And thanks to Steve for the idea.

[2025] AFI - Fallen Like The Sky (2CD)(BLR)

[2025] AFI - Fallen Like The Sky (2CD)(BLR)

Wasn't a fan of the shouty Hardcore Punk years of AFI, but started to love them when they turned "Emo" whatever that really is. I know it was suposed to be because of the kind of sad, moody, angsty nihilistic lyrics, but that's Goth fer fecks sake. It was the song Girl's Not Grey that really got me interested. I love pretty much anything Davy Havok has done since 2003. Both Blaqk Audio and Dreamcar are awesome, but I find XTRMST just a throwback. This is a Compilation of favourite tracks spanning 2003 - 2021.

[2006] Zen Motel - Even A Horse That's Waiting To Be Glue Needs A Little Sugar Too

[2006] Zen Motel - Even A Horse That's Waiting To Be Glue Needs A Little Sugar Too

The lost album. I thought long and hard about posting this as you can buy it on Bandcamp for around $5. So if you like it and have a few spare pennies send the boys some love. I've been asked to post all the Digital Remixed albums, but I won't be as they're around $5 on Bandcamp as well. So hit the link below if you're inclined.

It's great to see the response to these Zen Motel posts. It's always a pleasure sharing a fantastic band that should have had an audience, but sadly slipped passed in obscurity, finally getting one.

[2025] Baby Animals & Suze DeMarchi - Dedicate (BLR)

This was a suggestion and I just got around to finally finishing it. Compilation of B-Sides and Rarities including the pop singles Suze did before forming the Baby Animals. Great Australian rock band and well worth a listen

[1993] Janitor Joe - Big Metal Birds (2025 BLR Expanded Version)

[1993] Janitor Joe - Big Metal Birds (2025 BLR Expanded Version)

Was taking a break from working on a massive The Wildhearts post and was listening to Hole so I've popped these few posts together. Courtney and Hole projects are also now in the works. Janitor Joe was a project started by Kristen Pfaff and her friends. Kristen of course was the bassist for Hole who sadly died of an overdose in 1994. She always seems to be sadly overlooked, as is this album so i've put this together as a kind of belated Tribute. Grungey Noise Rock at it's finest!

[1987] Italian Whorenuns - Demo

[1987] Italian Whorenuns - Demo

Kat, Deirdre and Janis from Pagan Babies. These are the only four tracks I've ever been able to find.

[1985] Pagan Babies - Demo

Short lived project with Courtney Love and Kat Bjelland before the birth of Hole and Babes In Toyland.

[1991] War Babies - War Babies (Japan)

[1991] War Babies - War Babies (Japan)

Another ridiculously overlooked record. Came out when Grunge was starting to do it's thing and was just a little too Glam/Hard Rock I suppose, so it's flown under the radar pretty much. Still it should be recognised as the awesome album it is. Brad Sinsel is an underappreciated singer and songwriter who's previous band was the also overlooked TKO. Jeff Ament was briefly in the band shortly after the sad demise of Mother Love Bone and before he formed Pearl Jam. Blue Tomorrow is a Tribute to Andrew Wood. With that pedigree it should at least be talked about. Still hopefully this will give it a new audience. Can't recommend this enough.

[2000] The Peeps - The Peeps

[2000] The Peeps - The Peeps

This Arizona female Garage Punk Band was mentioned by a friend on Facebook, and I new I had it stashed away somewhere. Took some finding but it was well worth pulling out and remembering just how great a record this is. When they broke up a couple of members went on to form Les Hell On Heels and put out a couple of equally good albums. Recommended!

[2007] Xmal Deutschland - Singled Out The Complete A & B-Sides 1980-1989

[2007] Xmal Deutschland - Singled Out The Complete A & B-Sides 1980-1989

I still find it odd when I get emails from folk saying that I'm the best part of their day and they look forward to seeing what I post no matter how obscure. As I've said before I post what makes me happy and if anyone else likes it then that's a bonus. When I was learning Screen Printing many many years ago the tutor used to play Nena Hagen, Judy Garland and a pile of stuff I'd never heard before. One of the bands was Xmal Deutschland. I never understood it until many years later. You don't have to know the language to love the music. As explained I guess in my love for Japanese Kawaii and Death Pop. And of course Scandinavian Black Metal. It's always about that Primeval Tribal drum. The growl etc is unimportant. Anyway I hope this is not to obscure. Early German Dark Wave/Goth at it's finest. Either way I love it, so you get it.

[2025] Faster Pussycat - Cathouse Wonderland (BLR)

[2025] Faster Pussycat - Cathouse Wonderland (BLR)

I was talking to my sister and she remembered how excited I was and how often I played that first Fast Pussycat record when it first came out. That piece of vinyl has moved States, Countries and been in a ridiculous amount of houses and flats since 1987. I'm hoping for a good Remaster because my copy is almost wafer thin. Got a Bootleg vinyl copy of Whipped last year and that sounds awesome. Not the complete Faster Pussycat, but a good representation of the first 3 albums. I've tried to put each Disc into an order that makes sense and I'm pleased how it turned out. Thoughts go to Taime and the sad loss of his long term partner Kimberly. Enjoy!

[2025] Taime Downe Presents... - Former Glories (BLR)

[2025] Taime Downe Presents... - Former Glories (BLR)

Compilation of Covers by Faster Pussycat, The Newlydeads and Taime solo. Bands covered include Guns N' Roses, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Scorpions, INXS, Motley Crue and more. And yes I left You're So Vain off on purpose. I wanted to compile the tracks most folks haven't heard. I only included Cities In Dust because most folk haven't listened to The Newlydeads.
