[2006] Courtney Love - Nobody's Daughter
I prefer Courtneys solo version of Nobody's Daughter to the rerecorded version that was released by Hole in 2010, and that is an absolute cracker of a record. The Courtney solo version just feels more raw, mournful and self reflective. The Hole version is still a confessional, but that feeling of raw sadness that permeates through the original has been polished away into something more accessible. I would love to see this given an official release, even if it was just a limited Record Store Day vinyl release.
